12 Hour Night Shift

Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work full‑time night shifts on a 12‑hour schedule in the Med Surg Unit at our Saint Alphonsus Medical Center – Baker City location. The role involves providing direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed registered nurse.

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and elimination.
• Help patients with activities of daily living such as transferring from bed to chair, performing minor physical therapy routines, and turning in bed to prevent bed sores.
• Takes patient vitals such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.

• Must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant Level I in the State of Oregon.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire.
