Service Area: Baker, Union, Grant & Wallowa Counties

Part-Time/Full-Time

Appliances & More is looking for a dependable, hardworking Delivery & Installation Team Member to join our team. We are a locally owned business serving a large rural region, and our delivery team plays a major role in customer satisfaction.

This is a physical, hands‑on job for someone who takes pride in doing things carefully, safely, and professionally.

• Deliver and install appliances including washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators, and dishwashers
• Properly hook up appliances using cords, water lines, drain hoses, and basic connections
• Deliver furniture, mattresses, hot tubs, and other large home products
• Safely load, unload, and move merchandise using proper equipment
• Protect customers’ homes during deliveries (floors, doorways, walls, and stairs)
• Remove and haul away old appliances or furniture when needed
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers in their homes
• Work as part of a team to complete deliveries efficiently
• Help organize the warehouse and prep items for delivery
• Assist with moving freight and keeping work areas organized

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely with equipment and team help
• Comfortable working in all types of homes, tight spaces, and weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to details
• Basic mechanical ability and comfort using tools
• Team player with a positive attitude

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely install appliances using standard cords and hoses

• Appliance installation experience
• Furniture or mattress delivery experience
• Experience using dollies, straps, and lifting equipment
