Carlton One is searching for a highly analytical, self-motivated Account Manager to effectively manage client relationships. Candidates should have expertise in SaaS and PaaS platforms while demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills. This role requires understanding operational integrations, as well as delivering insightful reporting and support for diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on KPIs to enhance client satisfaction and retention

• Understand client needs and the full product offering

• Manage program configuration leveraging system architecture knowledge

• Lead recurring business reviews to drive engagement and revenue

• Produce insightful reports for internal and client use

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years managing direct client relationships

• Familiarity with SaaS/PaaS platforms

• Strong Excel skills for data analysis

• Experience creating insightful business reviews

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
