Supervisor of Electrical Maintenance Underground

Oversee energy and electrical maintenance operations as a Supervisor at Agnico Eagle. Ensure compliance with safety standards while leading a skilled team in a remote mining environment.

As the Supervisor of Electrical Maintenance, you'll manage essential underground and surface maintenance activities, coordinating tasks and ensuring safety practices. With your electrical or instrumentation journeyman license and significant experience, you will implement effective procedures and organize training sessions for team members. Your leadership will help maintain high standards of operational excellence at Agnico Eagle's facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all electrical and energy maintenance activities

• Schedule and organize weekly maintenance tasks

• Ensure proper safety practices are implemented

• Conduct safety meetings and team briefings

• Assess and organize training needs within the team

Requirements:

• Electrical journeyman license required

• Minimum 5 years of underground supervision experience

• Previous remote site experience beneficial

• Engineering education in Electrical is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
