We're hiring an experienced Automotive Technician to join a busy, well-established shop in Baker, LA
. You'll enjoy an air-conditioned facility, modern diagnostic equipment, steady workflow, weekly direct deposit, and a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends

• Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles
• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Complete electrical and drivability repairs
• Repair engines, steering, suspension, brakes, and other mechanical systems
• Accurately write and document repair estimates
• Utilize shop management software and digital vehicle inspections
• Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors and teammates
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop

• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Experience writing repair estimates
• Comfortable using computers, shop management software, and digital inspections
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license
• ASE Certifications are a plus
