Job Overview

As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations as needed.

• Starting hourly pay rate: $12.50 to $14.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
• Paid training via live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom.

• Variable schedule; average weekly hours 10–12 hours.
• Availability around major holidays, including weekends, and for season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.

• Day‑to‑day engagement: use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products; communicate with supervisors and complete required surveys.
• Holiday support: assist with additional days and extended hours during peak holidays; may work on holidays or weekends.
• Department resets: participate in installations and fixtures setups, relocations, and resets; notified two weeks in advance; may involve evenings or weekends.
• Team support: assist other merchandisers in the network as needed.

Job is physically demanding: push, pull, lift, and carry cartons and fixtures up to 30 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally; kneel, squat, walk, stand throughout the day; climb stairs and step ladders.

• At least 18 years old.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Capable of regularly lifting 30 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.
• Comfortable operating a digital handheld device.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel between assigned stores.
