Assist phone and walkin traffic. Work Agency Book for increased Retention Rate. Contact at risk customers for non pay, work cancellations and renewals not taken, Monitor customer claims. Continue increasing knowledge base through Allstate University. Open and close office.

P&C License to start, Customer Service experience, very good communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work in a solo enviroment. Purpose driven with a high level of self motivation. A caring nature for the need of customers.. Coachable with a williness to learn new methods and processes for improvements. Williness to adjust work hours to accomodate customer needs.
