The Office of Juvenile Justice seeks a Program Consultant - Social Services to support youth, families, and program staff across secure-care and community-based services at the Jetson Center for Youth in Baker, Louisiana. The role involves strengthening service delivery, supporting family engagement, assisting staff with program needs, and ensuring services align with agency expectations and youth-development goals. The consultant will work closely with program teams, gather information, assist with problem-solving, and help maintain consistent, high-quality practices across social-services operations.
- Six years of experience in administrative services, public health, social services, or health services
- Bachelor's degree plus three years of experience in administrative services, public health, social services, or health services
- Advanced degree in a social science field, public health, counseling, social work, rehabilitation services, business, or health administration
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Louisiana Driver's License and ability to pass drug screening and background check
