We are seeking an Interim Senior Accountant to support accounting and financial reporting activities ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX requirements. The role also involves coordination across North American subsidiaries for general and administrative (G&A) expense processes, oversight of connected services product reporting, and responsibility for internal reporting deliverables.

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting deliverables for the Corporate Segment, focusing on G&A expenses, connected services, investments, payroll, and cash activities. Support Assistant Manager with reviews.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual audits, including SOX compliance activities and timely submission of required documentation.
• Work with internal business units to understand operational impacts on financial reporting. Support planning and alignment on quarterly requirements.
• Provide support for monthly/quarterly reconciliations and Non-GAAP analyses. Monitor reporting timelines and coordinate BOFC submissions for internal consolidated reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP preferred
• Experience in public accounting or within distribution/manufacturing company
