Compensation: $60,000–$75,000

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate/resolution of discrepancies
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Handle general ledger responsibilities, including journal entries and month-end/year-end close
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Partner with operations and other cross-functional teams to support business decisions
• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential accounting records
• Support process improvements and accounting best practices within a distribution environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1+ year of accounting experience (distribution, manufacturing, or high-volume environments a plus)
• Strong attention to detail with solid analytical skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
