Compensation: $60,000–$75,000
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate/resolution of discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Handle general ledger responsibilities, including journal entries and month-end/year-end close
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with operations and other cross-functional teams to support business decisions
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential accounting records
- Support process improvements and accounting best practices within a distribution environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1+ year of accounting experience (distribution, manufacturing, or high-volume environments a plus)
- Strong attention to detail with solid analytical skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
