Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, coding, and vendor communication
Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Maintain employee payroll records and assist with audits and reporting
Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close
Support general accounting functions as needed

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in AP and payroll (both required)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of payroll laws and compliance preferred
Proficiency in Excel and accounting/payroll systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
