Salary: $78,000 - $95,000 DOE

With continued expansion and increased operational complexity, they are looking to add a Senior Accountant who can help strengthen reporting, improve processes, and support day-to-day financial operations.

This is more than a traditional accounting role. You'll work closely with leadership and operations while gaining exposure across multiple areas of the business.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financials, supporting month-end close, and assisting with reporting and analysis. This position offers strong visibility and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements within a growing organization.
What You'll Do

• Manage general ledger activity, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Maintain accruals, prepaid schedules, and account analysis
• Partner with operations and leadership to support financial accuracy and reporting

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of general ledger and month-end close processes
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems
• Manufacturing, distribution, or operational accounting experience preferred
