Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join a fast-paced office environment in Bakersfield. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability and growth with a strong team.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE a minimum of 3 years of recent consecutive Accounting Clerk experience - NO EXCEPTIONS

• MUST HAVE strong Quick Books and Excel experience

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office setting

Responsibilities:

• Create and process invoices using Quick Books and customer billing systems

• Handle accounts receivable including customer billing, deposits, and month-end processing

• Process accounts payable by matching bills, entering invoices, and submitting electronic payments

• Review treatment reports and field tickets to ensure accurate and timely invoicing

• Maintain and update customer information, pricing, and tax details in Quick Books

• Track employee reimbursements and expenses accurately

• Assist with reporting, data entry, daily paperwork, and additional accounting projects

• Answer phones, greet visitors, and support daily office operations
