A well-established agriculture company in the Bakersfield area is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, long-standing operation where your work directly supports a fast-moving, essential industry.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day AR functions while working closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processing
- Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time
- Post customer payments and reconcile accounts
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due balances
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies
- Partner with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy
- Support month-end close related to AR functions
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Agriculture, manufacturing, or similar industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
- Experience with ERP systems (a plus)
- Self-starter who can manage competing priorities
