• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Manage collections activities and follow up on outstanding accounts
• Review and process customer credit applications
• Maintain payroll timekeeping and support payroll processing
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with month-end close and reporting activities

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role
• Strong background in collections and credit processing preferred
• Experience with payroll timekeeping or payroll support
• Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and basic accounting principles
