What You’ll Do:Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
- Processing payroll and maintaining accurate payroll records.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Utilizing software such as Quick Books Online and/or Quick Books Desktop (preferred).
- Preparing and maintaining financial reports.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Supporting the team with various office administration duties as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, or office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with Quick Books Online and/or Quick Books Desktop.
- Experience processing payroll.
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience working in a tax, bookkeeping, accounting, or professional services office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
