Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 DOE

This is more than a traditional accounting role. You'll play a key part in financial reporting, month-end close, and strategic initiatives while working closely with operations and executive leadership.

As a Senior Accountant, you'll oversee core accounting functions, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and support process improvements across the finance department. This position is ideal for someone looking to take ownership and make a meaningful impact within a growing organization.

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes while ensuring timely financial reporting

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for leadership

• Maintain fixed asset, accrual, and prepaid schedules while supporting external audits

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and strengthen internal controls

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA is a plus

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems
