Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 DOE

They're seeking an Accounting Manager who can lead the day-to-day accounting function while partnering with leadership to improve processes and support key business decisions.

This is more than a management role. You'll lead a talented accounting team, oversee financial operations, and help shape the financial direction of a growing organization.

As the Accounting Manager, you'll oversee the company's accounting operations, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and mentor a team of accounting professionals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing leadership, technical accounting, and process improvement.

• Lead the month-end and year-end close process while ensuring accurate financial reporting

• Manage the general ledger, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation

• Supervise and develop the accounting team while providing coaching and support

• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA is a plus

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close

• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills

• Leadership role with direct exposure to executive management
