Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 DOE

Our client is a well-established Central Valley business with a reputation for reliability, strong customer relationships, and a collaborative work environment. They're looking for an Accounting Clerk who enjoys supporting multiple accounting functions and wants to grow within a stable organization.

This is more than a data entry role. You'll be an important part of the accounting team, helping ensure financial information is accurate, organized, and processed efficiently.

As an Accounting Clerk, you'll support the day-to-day accounting operations by assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general administrative accounting tasks. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in accounting.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

• Enter financial data and maintain accurate accounting records

• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end accounting activities

• Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain vendor and customer files

• Support the accounting team with reporting and other administrative tasks

• 1+ year of accounting, bookkeeping, or office experience preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
