We’re partnering with a well-established company in Bakersfield seeking an Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable and Payroll. • Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, coding, and vendor communication
• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Maintain employee payroll records and assist with audits and reporting
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close
• Support general accounting functions as needed

• 2+ years of experience in AP and payroll (both required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of payroll laws and compliance preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/payroll systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
