Full-Charge Bookkeeper
Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 DOE

This is more than a bookkeeping role. You’ll oversee the full accounting cycle, support financial reporting, and play a key role in helping leadership make informed business decisions.
The OpportunityAs a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you’ll manage day‑to‑day accounting operations while ensuring financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
What You’ll Do- Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and assist with month‑end close
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee and vendor records
- Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and cash flow management
- Work closely with leadership to improve accounting processes and maintain compliance
- 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Quick Books or similar accounting software
- Experience with payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- High-visibility role with ownership of the accounting function
