• Lead daily accounting operations, including general ledger oversight, financial reporting, and month‑end close
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage account reconciliations and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions
• Partner cross‑functionally with operations and leadership teams to improve processes and reporting
• Coordinate audit activities and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Mentor and support accounting staff while helping drive continuous improvement within the department

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
