Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 DOE

They're looking for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper who enjoys taking ownership of the accounting function and being a trusted resource for leadership.

This is more than a bookkeeping role. You'll oversee the full accounting cycle, support financial reporting, and play a key role in helping leadership make informed business decisions.

As a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you'll manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations

• Prepare journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and assist with month-end close

• Process payroll and maintain accurate employee and vendor records

• Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and cash flow management

• Work closely with leadership to improve accounting processes and maintain compliance

• 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of Quick Books or similar accounting software

• Experience with payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

• High-visibility role with ownership of the accounting function
