Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:


• Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently

• Manage vendor payments and maintain positive vendor relationships

• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records

• Assist with month-end close and reporting activities

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:


• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience

• Strong understanding of AP processes and invoice workflows

• Solid attention to detail and accuracy
