Salary range- $110,000 - $125,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Overview of the Controller role:

• Lead the month-end and year-end close process
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Partner closely with the CFO to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations
• Oversee accounting operations across multiple business entities
• Supervise and mentor the Senior Accountant and accounting support staff
• Ensure accuracy of the general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Strengthen accounting processes and internal controls as the organization continues to grow

Preferred Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
• 5+ years of accounting experience
