Senior Staff Accountant

Overview We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team at Bourbon Heights Inc. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to manage crucial accounting functions and contribute to the financial health of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Oversee the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making.

Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within a corporate environment.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Nice to have Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.

Experience with ERP systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
