M–F 8AM–5PM, Temp to Perm

Are you an Accounting pro who loves keeping the numbers in check? We’re looking for a detail-driven Accountant to join the team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes!

• MUST HAVE at least 2 years of recent accountant experience
• MUST HAVE a Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or related
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Post and process journal entries and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, including reconciliations
• Assist with general ledger operations and financial statement preparation
• Review expenses and payroll records
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
• Support monthly and year-end closing processes
• Maintain accounting databases and ensure financial data is accurate
• Assist with internal financial controls and procedures
• Work closely with the Accounting Manager and support the Accounting team as needed
