We’re Seeking A full-time, in-person Senior Staff Accountant to play a key role in the Firm's accounting operations and financial success. We're looking for a highly detail-oriented, analytical professional who thrives on ownership, accuracy, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a trusted accounting resource who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and confidently navigate a broad range of accounting responsibilities, including financial reporting, billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash management, and month-end close activities.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through process improvements, operational efficiencies, and collaboration with attorneys, firm leadership, and the Accounting team.
What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a closely related field. Four or more years of accounting, billing, accounts receivable, collections, or financial operations experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience using accounting, billing, or financial management systems. Strong knowledge of (GAAP). Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a high level of professionalism and discretion. Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:
The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $60,000 to $85,000 per year, with the final offer dependent on factors such as experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
