Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional looking for a stable opportunity with growth potential? We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a busy and supportive team in Bakersfield!

• Must have at least 2 year of Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong customer service and customer relations experience
• Excellent phone etiquette required
• Microsoft Excel proficiency

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable functions
• Contact customers regarding past-due invoices and outstanding balances
• Apply cash receipts and update customer accounts
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Process credit memos, debit memos, adjustments, and chargebacks
• Review unapplied funds, over payments, and account reconciliations
• Communicate with customers regarding account status and collections
• Prepare spreadsheets and reports using Excel
• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable functions
• Contact customers regarding past-due invoices and outstanding balances
• Apply cash receipts and update customer accounts
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Process credit memos, debit memos, adjustments, and chargebacks
• Review unapplied funds, over payments, and account reconciliations
• Communicate with customers regarding account status and collections

• Work with banks regarding lockbox deposits

• Competitive pay: $22-$25/hr DOE
