Key Responsibilities of the Senior Payroll Specialist:

• Process accurate and timely payroll for multiple states, including union and prevailing wage employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Manage payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and audits.
• Partner with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll records and support internal and external audits.
• Continuously review and improve payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, including multi-state and union/prevailing wage payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance.
• Experience performing payroll audits and resolving discrepancies.
