Key Responsibilities for the Accountant:

• Manage accounts payable (AP) processing and related transactions.
• Support accounts receivable (AR) and payment activity.
• Prepare and process client/customer billing.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations and research discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with additional accounting activities as needed.

Qualifications for the Accountant:

• Previous accounting experience, including exposure to AP, AR, billing, and reconciliations.
• Understanding of general accounting principles and processes.
• Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to maintain accurate financial records and resolve discrepancies.
