Documentation Specialist
Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $48,000 – $60,000 DOE

This is more than a document processing role. You'll serve as a key resource for maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation across departments, and ensuring information is complete, compliant, and delivered on time.

The Opportunity

As a Documentation Specialist, you'll oversee the preparation, verification, and organization of operational and financial documents while partnering with multiple departments to maintain accuracy and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare, review, and maintain operational and customer documentation for accuracy and completeness

  • Organize electronic and physical records while ensuring compliance with company procedures

  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather missing information and resolve discrepancies

  • Track documentation status and maintain accurate reporting logs

  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency and document accuracy

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of administrative, documentation, logistics, or clerical experience

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
