Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining office operations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger entries
- Enter data and post journal entries in accounting software
- Cross-train and assist colleagues as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of accounting or office administration experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to cross-train and support multiple areas
Salary range- $45,
