$20.00-$20.50/hour,Temp to Perm
Are you an experienced administrative professional who thrives in an organized, fast-paced office environment? We’re seeking a Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to leadership and the day-to-day operations of a professional office.
QUALIFICATIONS- Must have 5+ years of recent administrative experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Manage executive and company calendars, including meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and occasional shipments
- Maintain office, kitchen, restroom, and cleaning supply inventory
- Prepare emails, memos, letters, and other correspondence
- Support document scanning and invoice allocation for Accounts Payable
- Assist with records retention and document organization
- Provide administrative support to various departments and team members
- Assist with special projects, research, and event coordination
- Run occasional company errands
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate service or repairs as needed
- $20.00-$20.50/hour starting pay
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Employer-paid benefits after 30 days of employment
