Associate Property Manager​/Fleet Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting property manager in overseeing and maintaining various types of properties
• Receiving and processing property
• Responsible for the contract’s vehicle fleet including invoices, registration fees, smog and insurance etc.
• Manages Fed Ex account
• Assisting with property management audits
• Develops and maintains relationships with vendors, suppliers, and RAPTR team members
• Prepares property reports
• Works in a team environment to ensure property is properly tracked
• Utilizes a computerized inventory control system to identify and track materials
• Compliant with safety and security rules

• 2+ year’s experience, preferable but not required
• Knowledge of DOD/Government propriety procedures
• Experience with shipping and receiving
• Knowledge of laws and regulations per the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
• Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Must be organized, punctual, self-motivated, a team player, have attention to detail, and a strong communicator
• Degree not required, but preferable:
  Associate’s or bachelor’s in business administration.
• Must pass a drug test (knock-out)
• Must be able to obtain security clearance (knock-out)

$24.00 hr
