Operations Supervisor - Document Management

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Document Management in Bakersfield, CA.

Overview:
We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to support a document digitization and records management project. This individual will oversee daily workflow, support production staff, monitor productivity, and ensure quality standards are consistently met. This role serves as the primary onsite leader and is critical to maintaining efficient project operations.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise day-to-day operations and workflow

* Lead a team of document processing personnel

* Monitor attendance, productivity, and quality metrics

* Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members

* Assist with onboarding and training new employees

* Coordinate workflow and production priorities

* Address operational issues and escalate concerns as needed

* Maintain project documentation and reporting

* Ensure compliance with confidentiality and security requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

* Prior supervisory, team lead, or operations leadership experience

* Experience coaching and developing employees

* Strong organizational and communication skills

* Strong problem-solving abilities

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools

* Ability to manage productivity within a deadline-driven environment

* Print/mailroom operations

Competitive, based on experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
