Senior Construction Estimator
We are seeking a Senior Construction Estimator who will be responsible for interpreting drawings, reading specifications, and performing takeoff on certain items. The ideal candidate must have the willingness to learn new technology and estimating software, have strong technical and communication skills, and work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Read and understand project specifications.
- Perform quantity takeoff for specified items.
- Use estimating software and adopt new technologies.
- Communicate accurately with project teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong technical and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new estimating tools and technologies.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
