Are you aProject Manager or Junior/Assistant project manager with experience in modular or offsite construction, looking to step up into a Project Manager role with real responsibility and progression?

The Role:- Support and lead delivery across modular construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project documentation
- Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, and progress reporting
- Travel to site weekly to support installation and project execution
- Experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant / Junior Project Manager within modular or offsite construction
- Understanding of project delivery, site coordination, and construction processes
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Auto Desk, or similar
- Ambitious and looking to progress into a fully-fledged Project Manager role
- Growing modular business with a strong and secure pipeline
- Clear progression into senior Project Manager positions
