Streamline and Manage All Resources for Project Tasksfora Construction Project from Startto Finish

• Support Construction Resource Plannertoplananddesignatelabor ,equipment,andsubcontractorsbasedonprojectscopeofwork
• Monitorprogressofinstallation,troubleshootwhennecessary,andensureconstructionqualitymeets

• Proactivelymanageassignedconstructionprojectstopreventdelays,work stoppages,materials shortages,etc.
• Workwithwarehousestafftoefficientlymanagematerialdeliveries,staging,Job Stall,requisitionsandreturnsthatarenecessaryforefficientconstruction.
• Provideoversightofon-site managers,leadersandsupervisorstoensurestaffworkssafely(includingsafelyoperatingequipment) andmaintainssafeworkingconditionsatalltimes.

Collaboratewithcustomersandotherdepartments

• Workwithallstakeholdersthroughchangeorderprocessduringconstruction.
• Keepstakeholdersinformedthroughoutthelifeoftheproject-Providecleardetailthroughoutthelifeofaprojecttoexplaintheongoingresults(shedlightonfinalcosts,“As-Built”details,etc.)
• Provideconsistentfeedbacktoconstructionteams,sales,designandestimationwiththegoalofimprovingefficienciesandcustomerexperience.

• Bemindfulofjobcostsandlivewithinthelaborandequipmentbudgets.

Manage Utility Service Application sand Permits

• Coordinate Communications,Site Visitsand Customer Interactions per Company Procedures
• Expedite Utility/Permitlifecyclethroughstrategiccommunicationsthrougheachstage
• Develop and Maintaina Utility Services Status /Permitting report
• Manageall County Permits

Public Works

• Regulatory Compliance–Makesuretheprojectfollowsalllaws,regulations,andcontractrequirements.
• Project Planning–Createandmaintainadetailedschedulewithmilestonesandcontingencies.
• Stakeholder Communication–Keepallstakeholdersinformedthroughclear,regular updates.
• Budget Control–Track costs,managechangeorders,andreportfinancesaccurately.
• Quality and Safety–Enforcequalitystandardsandmaintainasafeworkenvironment.
• Risk Management–Identifyrisksearlyandresolveissuesquicklytokeeptheprojectontrack.
• Daily Team Productivity –Monitorprogressdaily,remove obstacles,andkeepcrewsfocusedonpriorities.

• Substantialunderstandingofbusinessworkflowfromdesign,estimation,warehouse&construction

  Competencyworkwithdigitaltoolsandconstruction/project management
• 3-5years’experiencewithagricultureirrigation,construction scheduling,constructionmanagementand/orprojectcontrolsorequivalentcombinationofexperienceandeducation
• Agirrigationorconstructionmanagementdegreedesired
• Provenabilitytoworkinateamenvironmentinsideandoutsideofdepartment
• Certification:forklift,excavator,CPR,welding,electrical,pumpCMA,orPMIcertificationdesired.
• Willingnesstotravel(20-40% depending onlocation)
