• Operating paving equipment based on your experience level
• Assisting with asphalt paving projects on roads, highways, and parking lots
• Working alongside foremen, operators, truck drivers, and paving crews
• Supporting paving operations through asphalt placement, raking, compaction, and site preparation
• Performing daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
• Following project specifications for grade, depth, and quality standards
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive jobsite
• Following all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Previous asphalt paving, road construction, or heavy civil construction experience preferred
• Experience as a paving laborer, roller operator, screed operator, paver operator, or heavy equipment operator is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow within the paving industry
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Overtime and weekend availability as project schedules require
• Valid California Driver's License preferred

This position works primarily outdoors on active construction sites. Employees should be comfortable working in varying weather conditions, around heavy equipment, and on roads, highways, and commercial paving projects. Overtime and early start times may be required depending on project schedules.
