The successful Team Member will have a friendly demeanor, build rapport with customers to help solve their problems, and be a multi‑tasker.

• Greet all incoming customers with enthusiasm and courtesy.
• Duties include the use of a Point of Sale computer system, inspecting and bagging orders, racking and hanging clothes, marking‑in orders, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
• Operate steam‑pressing machines to remove wrinkles from garments.
• Work with the team to deliver same‑day dry‑cleaning and laundry services for our customers.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Experience working in a fast‑paced, customer‑service‑focused environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle clients’ garments with care.
• Ability to travel to different locations locally, via transit or personal transportation as scheduled.
• Experience handling money and financial transactions.
• Previous industry experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
