Member Assist Cart Attendant

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, ensuring there are carts ready and available, assisting members load their vehicles, and supporting a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

You’ll thrive in fast‑paced environments and perform multi‑tasking while keeping member satisfaction as your top priority. You’re expected to stand for long periods while assisting members efficiently, solve problems promptly, and maintain a positive attitude.

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled and notify members of delays or product availability.
• Pack and dispense products according to company policies and procedures.
• Resolve member issues and promote the company’s products and services.
• Conduct safety sweeps and address unsafe situations.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, payments, and merchandise organization.
• Maintain cart/flatbed availability and parking lot cleanliness.

• Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.

$18.00 to $26.00 per hour.

Performance incentives, experience premiums up to $3.00 per hour, and other bonuses based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
