Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Excellent communication skills and a desire to work with customers and service technicians are essential.
Requirements- At least 3 years of recent Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience (no exceptions)
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable using computer systems and maintaining accurate documentation
- Welcome customers and provide an outstanding service experience from arrival to vehicle pickup
- Create and manage repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Explain recommended maintenance, repairs, pricing, and manufacturer service schedules
- Keep customers informed with updates, completion timelines, and any service changes
- Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
- Review completed repairs with customers, explain warranties and future maintenance recommendations
- Schedule appointments, answer service calls, and support the service department during busy periods
- Monday‑Friday schedule—no weekends
