Overview

A large private practice in Bakersfield, CA is currently seeking a full-time General Dentist. The practice has 46 operatories, is fully digital, has an in-house dental lab, a CBCT, a Rayscan, the latest version of iTero, and intraoral cameras. It operates PPO/FFS ONLY and employs 12 full-time and 3 part-time Hygienists, with all Hygiene supported by assistants. The compensation package includes a daily rate plus a percentage of production or collections (collections exceed 99%), and a full benefits package that includes a 401K with 4% match, 100% of health insurance paid, dental, vision, paid malpractice, and paid time off.

This is a sizable practice with 18 dentists where collaboration and growth are encouraged.

Provide comprehensive General Dentistry services within a large, multi-dentist practice. Collaborate with hygienists and support staff in a fully digital environment and utilize on-site lab and imaging technologies to support patient care.

General Dentist license in good standing. Experience in a PPO/FFS practice environment is preferred. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
