We are seeking a passionate and energetic Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team. At Sunny Dental, we move away from  quantity over quality.  Instead, we look for a clinician who wants to build authentic relationships with patients and provide care in an environment that offers true clinical autonomy. • $50 - $58 per hour

• Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• License & Certification:
  Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist
• Licensure:
  Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license for the State of California.
• Certification:
  Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Language:
  Proficiency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base.
• Communication:
  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build immediate rapport and educate patients clearly.
• Professionalism: A reliable, self-motivated team player who maintains a positive attitude regardless of the office pace.

  Provide exceptional clinical treatments, including thorough cleanings, scaling, and periodontal maintenance.

  Act as a primary educator, using rapport and modern tools to help patients understand their oral health and treatment needs.
• Clinical Autonomy:
  Perform assessments and diagnoses within the scope of hygiene, trusting your own clinical judgment and expertise.

  Partner closely with the dentist and the clinical support team to ensure a seamless and efficient office flow.
• Documentation:
  Maintain precise, detailed patient records and charting while adhering to top-tier clinical and safety protocols.
