Accelerated Urgent Care has been voted Best Urgent Care 8 years in a row in Bakersfield, CA. We are hiring Physician Assistants and Family Nurse Practitioners in Bakersfield, CA.

• Urgent Care Medicine practicing twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break.
• Full-time: 12 shifts per month and 2 on-call shifts per month.
• Treat 4 patients per hour from newborns to geriatrics (full spectrum care) in a low-acuity setting.
• Bread & Butter procedures: I/Ds, toenail removal, and laceration repair.
• Use in-house point-of-care testing and X-ray (all X-rays over‑read by a Board‑Certified Radiologist, results within 20 minutes for routine orders).
• Easy-to-use EMR with Dragon dictation; document all patients in one minute.
• Working hours:
  
  12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

• Completion of a formal MSN FNP Program or MS in Health Sciences Physician Assistant Studies.
• CA Medical License that is active and in good standing.
• DEA Certificate.
