Job Description- Develop/Review/Revise training content for offline/online training and digital modules for Verbal Ability and Soft Skills
- Catalogue current question bank and create/add new questions as required, in the desired format
- Support the Digital Marketing Team by creating written content for external communication and social media
- Create content for clients based on their requirements
- Design curriculum and develop Verbal and Soft Skills Training content for client
- Design curriculum and develop Verbal and Soft Skills Training content for newly hired trainers
- Coach new and existing trainers on communication, Verbal Ability and Soft Skills, periodically assess, give feedback and monitor improvement
- Provide other training support to the Training Delivery Team
- Train and extend communication support to the non-training teams
- Deliver Verbal and Soft Skills Training as and when required
- Perform any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
