Applications for part‑time, hourly adjunct instructors are accepted continuously to allow the division to contact qualified applicants immediately, if a need arises. Applications submitted remain active for up to two years. The starting salary range is $67.00/hour; hourly rate may vary based on type of assignment and the Lecture Hour Equivalent (LHE) formula. This pool will be used to staff part‑time adjunct positions.

• Any bachelor’s degree or higher and two years of professional experience
• Any associate degree and six years of professional experience
• For candidates with a master’s degree, professional experience must be directly related to the teaching assignment
• Equivalency may be considered for combinations of education, experience, and accomplishments. Submit an APPLICATION FOR EQUIVALENCE form with supporting documents.
• Demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of diverse student backgrounds
• Degrees and credits from accredited institutions. Foreign degrees must be evaluated by an NACES or ACEI accredited service.
