The Head – Training Delivery (Technical Skills) will lead the end-to-end training strategy, execution, and quality across all technical programs. This role combines hands‑on training expertise with leadership responsibility, team building, curriculum innovation, and stakeholder engagement.

The incumbent will directly deliver high‑impact technical sessions, build and mentor a high‑performing training team, drive curriculum alignment with emerging technologies, and represent Ethnus through client demos and academic partnerships.

• Training Leadership & Delivery
• Deliver advanced technical training sessions (in-person and virtual) in areas such as:
• Full Stack Development (Web Technologies)
• Java / Python Programming
• Operating Systems & Networking
• Databases (SQL / No

• APIs & Distributed Systems
• Cloud & Emerging Technologies
• Ensure high learner engagement through dynamic teaching and active learning methodologies.
• Guide learners through project‑based learning and ensure timely project completion.
• Evaluate learner performance through assessments, code reviews, and mentoring sessions.
• Maintain consistently high training quality standards across programs.
• Team Building & Capability Development
• Recruit, interview, and onboard technical trainers aligned with organizational standards.
• Build, mentor, and manage a scalable and high‑performing training delivery team.
• Conduct Train‑the‑Trainer programs to ensure consistent quality and technical depth.
• Establish performance metrics and KPIs for training teams.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
• Curriculum & Content Strategy
• Design and continuously upgrade course curriculum aligned with:
• Latest industry requirements
• Emerging technologies
• Certification frameworks
• Employability outcomes
• Develop high‑quality learning materials:
• PPTs and presentation decks
• Hands‑on labs and assignments
• Capstone projects
• Case studies and assessment frameworks
• Video and blended learning content
• Ensure curriculum alignment with current skill demands and industry standards.
• Introduce new technology tracks and programs as per market needs.
• Client Engagement & Technical Demos
• Conduct technical demos and workshops for:
• Academic institutions
• Corporate clients
• Strategic partners
• Represent the organization in technical discussions and capability presentations.
• Support business development initiatives with subject matter expertise.
• Travel to client locations as required for training delivery and engagement activities.
• Program & Delivery Governance
• Establish structured training processes and standard operating procedures.
• Track training metrics across the lifecycle (enrollment, completion, satisfaction, placement impact).
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, delivery milestones, and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor risks, resource planning, and delivery capacity.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Technical Training / Software Development.
• Minimum 5–7 years in Training Leadership / Delivery Management.
• Experience in curriculum design and team management at scale.
