• Annual Salary Range: $58,805 to $119,064, with 25 incremental steps.
• Step placement on the salary schedule is determined by the number of years of prior experience in the position classification within an accredited educational institution.
• Column placement on the salary schedule is determined by the number of educational-related post-baccalaureate units earned from a regionally accredited college or university (new hires are not eligible for placement on Column VII in their first year of District employment).
• Additional compensation of $1,500 per year for Master’s Degree holders or $2,500 per year for Doctorate Degree holders.
• District contribution up to $19,793.00 toward family, dental, medical, and vision insurance plans, along with a life insurance plan for the employee.
